The trademark Hilti identifies a worldwide offer of complete systems of products, software and services of high quality and resulting from this, high reliability.

Hilti products and services offer the user the highest possible level of safety when working and after work execution.

The quality of all offered products, software and services is oriented towards satisfying the requirements of our focus customers / trades.

The quality of our products, services (repair, products availability etc.) advisory service and training is the result of the commitment and capabilities of each employee. This key requirement for the success and continuing existence of the corporation is upheld by specific instruction and follow-up training of our personnel and by working conditions which promote quality.

The quality policy is an integral part of our corporate policy. A key responsibility and task of management is to continually promote quality as one of our sources of success by communicating quality, actively «living» quality and deriving as well as implementing specific departmental quality goals.
